I only ordered this cosplay because it had faux leather "boots" compared to other versions I've seen online that had printed stretch fabric. The costume arrived with boots and gloves that are NOT made out of faux leather like on the website. I reached out to customer service a few weeks ago and there was no response.
The hat was also poorly packaged and it came bent and all wrinkled up.
